WHAT IS CAREERSMART?

CAREERSMART is a set of services in the form of a CD-cum-Web enabled programme, carefully designed for the new- age job seeker. The services include:

SKILL EXPLORE: A service to assess and identify an individual’s skills that will hinder or help in the job search process. The report provides developmental suggestions on areas that require improvement.

CSAT : The CareerSmart Aptitude Test assesses the candidate’s Problem Solving skills, General Awareness, Mathematical ability etc. This section gives candidates a feel of the entry level screening tests conducted by numerous organisations.

ENGLISHWISE: While most candidates have the domain knowledge required, employability is reduced on account of their lack of basic proficiency in the English language. This section is designed to enable a candidate to test his/her proficiency in English and thereon develop themselves through the inputs provided in the report.

RESUME BUILDER: A custom designed engine to build a resume from the various formats available, just the way prospective employers would like to see it.

GD COACH: Helps the individual understand the need for a group discussion, go through a typical GD, learn do’s and don’ts and get valuable tips on how to crack them. The GD Quiz section evaluates the individual’s understanding of the dynamics of a GD and gives him/ her specific development suggestions.

INTERVIEW MANAGER: Our mock interview section prepares individuals to face the challenge of a big time interview!!!
